Aenigma + Conquest + Morirai A Mezzanotte

Today I bring you a CD released in 1998 by BEAT Records (catalog code CDCR 41). This single CD has three different scores on it. First up is Lucio Fulci's AENIGMA (1987) with music by Carlo Cordio. This is actually my favorite of the three. Second is Lucio Fulci's CONQUEST (1983) with music by Claudio Simonetti. The third score is also by Claudio Simonetti and it is for a Lamberto Bava film called MORIRAI A MEZZANOTTE (1986) but I must admit that I've never seen this movie.

Download: 320 CBR MP3 from RapidShare
Download: Lossless FLAC from MegaUpload

As per my usual methods the CD was ripped with EAC to the FLAC format. I then used foobar2000 to create the 320 CBR MP3 version. Both downloads include the EAC made LOG file and CUE Sheet file as well as a M3U play list file. Both include high quality artwork scans.

Please note that these files are compressed RAR files and will need to be decompressed with something like WinRAR or WinZIP etc.

Until next time ... listen until your ear's bleed !!!

  4. I cannot find enough words to describe and thank your fantastic work releasing these obscure, rare and absolutely beautiful soundtracks!

I noticed that you are now releasing both on 320Kbps MP3 and Lossless FLAC and you begun updating some releases that were only MP3. Absolutely Superb Work! Absolutely Superb music! I guess I’ll go hit the “PLAY” button now and star enjoying!

P.S.: I love Giallo too and a have some Giallo OST CDs. Maybe you already have them all… but if you’re looking for something maybe I can help you.

  6. Thank you very much for these latest fulci posts
You obvously love this music as the trouble youve gone to in presenting these classics. In Mp3 @320 and in Flac format not to mention full artwork scans is outstanding.
Many thanks from a rabid fan.

  8. I have been trying to find a decent rip of Simonetti's 'Conquest' album for gods knows how long and I can say with some authority, this is the best quality rip of the soundtrack on the net/P2P/torrent sites....as for the 'Morirai a Mezzanotte' soundtrack, I have never come across it before (and I call myself a Goblin/Simonetti fan!) so thanks for the education on that one.
These BEAT Records series are absolutely incredible, a truly great find...I imagine they were pretty limited when they came out as I cannot even remember seeing one for sale.

    Amazing blog!
